Policies

Appointments
All new and existing clients must have an appointment for services. Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $25.

Lateness
Clients must call if they expect to be more than 10 minutes late. Services will be billed from the time of the start of your appointment, not your arrival time. Breaks taken by your consultant are not included in your billed time.

Payment
Clients may pay with cash, credit card, or eCheck (if you have a PayPal account).
